SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping will be applied to your order depending on your location. We do everything we can to use eco-friendly packaging, including re-purposing of some materials. This helps keep shipping costs low and consumes less natural resources.
We ship via USPS. You also have the option to pick up and pay in person if you live locally in Denver, Colorado.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We feel confident that you will love our incense, however if you have any issues or concerns please contact us for a resolution. Returns and exchanges are accepted within one week of purchase for unused, unopened packages suitable for resale. Customer is responsible for shipping fees on returned or exchanged items. We value you as a customer! If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately and we will find a solution.
